Via VIPCars, I booked a rental car online with City Rent, and, on the same day, my credit card was charged.Upon arrival at the agreed pick-up location and time (Tirana Airport, 12:00, office of City Rent) neither the reserved vehicle was available nor was a replacement offered. The staff, a young woman, did not show any interest but told me to wait. However, there were two other persons already waiting for their reserved cars which were not available. Never again!
