Worst car rental company in Albania – avoid at all costs.We booked a small car (Golf or similar) and got an old, unsafe Passat with over 280,000 km and engine warning lights. The car had no valid insurance (confirmed by the police in an official fine), which is completely illegal. Later, the car broke down (belt snapped), and instead of helping, the company tried to scam us by demanding we pay double the police fine so they could pocket the difference.They harassed us with phone calls and even made threats about cancelling our flight – total nonsense. These people are dishonest and only want to steal your money. Stay away, this is by far the worst rental experience in Albania.
