We were very excited to order blinds, and the designer I met with was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, when it came time to place our order, the website pricing and cart experience were very confusing. I asked the team to review the price difference between two line items. Instead of clarification, I received an email saying they were experiencing website issues and that we actually owed approximately $700 more.I immediately called customer support, but no one could take my call, and no one called me back. Eventually, I received an email response—but by then, I had already chosen a different company.I completely understand that IT and computer issues can happen—that was not the real problem here. The issue was the lack of customer service. If a company cannot provide timely, reliable support during the ordering process, how can a customer trust them to properly manufacture, ship, and support the final product?
