Trying to claim my pension for the first time has been full of delays. It was supposed to be paid on 22 December. When I callled I was told the 12 January. It's now the 13th. Nothing is moving. When you phone no one gives the same answer twice and emails disappear into a void. In a digital society it should be possible to do all of this online.
