We had a Level 3 survey conducted in December 2025. The process was efficient regarding scheduling and payment, and the report was thorough. However, it was quite challenging to communicate with the surveyor for interpretation of the report. All communication had to go through an anonymized email due to the use of freelance surveyors. It felt like the service concluded with just delivering the PDF. Additionally, we could not choose the surveyor's experience level. We are now opting for an independent firm with their own employees, allowing us to verify credentials and communicate directly. After requesting to speak with the surveyor, I had to follow up multiple times without receiving a timely response. This experience didn't meet our expectations based on prior positive reviews. We are looking for clarity on the report to make informed decisions regarding the property purchase.
