After working with them for 4 years, I had enough.Most of the product they list are not in stock, so if you happen to list one of them to your store and a customer orders it you are screwed.They take a long time to even inform you that (they even generate a tracking number for a product they can't send) so you believe they are just taking their time to source and inspect the quality (which they don't because many packages came significantly different) but no, they can not send it and offer you a replacement item so they can wash their hands and put the blame to you when a customer asks for a refund. NEVER ACCEPT REPLACEMENT ITEMS. Customers want the product they saw and paid for and almost never will accept a replacement item. You could also do the work of asking your agent if the product is in stock before ordering but that negates the entire point of using their platform, at that point just contact your seller on Aliexpress which offers better shipping times and better buyer protection + free returns (you can't return an item to CJ).When I started scaling I simply just stopped using them, it's too risky to even consider them as an option because they get the cheapest possible item and never really inspect them (just two times I was contacted for quality issues) and when they don't have the item they may even lie to you saying the manufacturer is producing the thing (just to make you wait two weeks) to tell you later that the item is not on stock and can not be sent, with a different cheaper product as a replacement. Just look at the mountain of fake 5-star reviews, all of them thanking some random agent from possible fake accounts.Just avoid, their shipping times are not even that good, it's the same as aliexpress (7-15 days) but they also take an extra week processing the order so in average every product ordered from CJ will get to your customer after 15-30 days. You can't have a serious business with them.
