Very exceptional experience provided by CK Health for my Gastric Sleeve operation. I was greeted by Sebastian with no issues at all for my transfers on time every time; from the airport to the hospital, on arrival to the hotel after my hospital stay and to the airport for my departure. Sebastian was a pleasant, friendly driver. I met Ulash when we arrived at the hospital who checked me in and took me for my preoperative tests that evening. The next morning before my operation I had another couple of tests left to do which Ulash and Felice my co-ordinators took me to. They were both very professional, friendly and caring and I was glad to have them with me at the hospital during my stay. They really helped me relax due to me absolutely hating hospitals and hating drips and blood tests, which I can't thank them enough for. After my operation Felice stayed with me until I woke up and I had Hazel who was my private nurse during the night. I enjoyed my walks regularly with Hazel and she was also very professional. Dr Erdem my surgeon was amazing, he put me at ease when I said I was really nervous before the operation and he checked in on me the next couple of mornings whilst I was in the hospital and told me my blood test results were fine each morning after. I was looking forward to my hospital stay being over and being transferred to the hotel for my two nights there but when I got there I became bored and a bit lonely because I missed the hospital due to me being looked after so well. I never thought I'd ever say that because I have hated hospitals all my life until then. I'm also being looked after well nearly 8 weeks post op, Ulash has messaged to ask how I'm doing and I've been put in touch with a nutritionist Naz who is sending me information helping me with my food choices. Thank you so much CK Health! You've been amazing and I can't wait to come back in the future to have another procedure done with you.
