If SME News thinks CCL is the best company deserving an award (never mind the BEST award!), I worry about the rest of the country where similar services are provided by SMEs.CCL have repeatedly misinformed leaseholders, not apologised to leaseholders for their bad actions despite instruction from the developer, and made repeated mistakes which leaseholders have had to correct.I am a leaseholder where CCL is appointed to "manage" the remediation - but to date we are not clear what exactly they can be held responsible for, especially given the numerous issues caused to the detriment of leaseholders, for which we have no recourse.
