I was struggling with a storage config at first and reached out to customer service through their chat widget. They got back to me very quickly and were able to guide through solving every obstacle in my way. Exceptional service so far. The product seems to work perfectly as well, but I've only been using it for a day, so we'll see. Anyways, I'm extremely satisfied up till now :D
