They would only send requests to the airline but if the airline doesn’t want to respond, they do nothing. I was eligible for compensation by law but Turkish Airlines didn’t want to pay it, I spent one year exchanging emails with Claim Compass and in the end they didn’t do anything except sending inquiries to the airline and didn’t start any legal proceeding. Sending emails to airline I can do myself, no need for 20% commission ! The best part is even though I was never paid my claim they kept sending me reminders to pay their part of compensation !
