They are scammers sending unsolicited letters. A letter was sent to my home with the name Mr. Iha Teyou. I had an email address similar to that 15 years ago, which I haven’t used in over a decade. It’s concerning how they obtained this information, as I do not own a car either. I do not trust this company and advise others to avoid them as well.
