Rik was my advisor when my insurance transferred me to claimsline. He was so friendly and curious and dealt with me sensitively as I was very shook up about the car accident. I had to ask him to repeat a few things as I was in shock but Rik was really patient and explained everything fully. He told me what was happening clearly and what would be happening next. The curtesy car arrived the same day as my accident and was in immaculate condition and very much similar to my own car. Rik also asked me about any injuries in which I’d sustained. This was something I’d already been thinking about as I’d got injuries to my back neck and head. Rik passing me onto the solicitors was a very smooth handover and made things easier for me as I hadn’t got a clue where to start.
