I've been calling EDD for well over 2 weeks to no avail. I tried calling 30 times in 1 day. All of the messages stating that, too many calls have been received and then the line would disconnect. I found Claimyr last week. I was very skeptical but viewed the ABC 7 on your side news episode and felt it was a legit company from the Bay Area, CA. I paid for the service, got a callback within 10 minutes, but unfortunately I was connected with the wrong department. Claimyr refunded me my money for the unsuccessful call. I tried again today. It took 5 hours to get a callback, but I did get a callback!! I spoke with the correct EDD agent who helped me with my claim. Thank you GOD! Claimyr is the truth!
