I can hardly convey how grateful I am for this service. Reaching PFL can feel nearly impossible. This was my second experience using the platform within a month. My first instance involved two calls to inquire about the missing PART C & D and my duplicate claims. Some representatives were helpful, assisting with both my claims and my mom’s in a single call, while others asked me to call back for my mom’s claim. My second call was to check if they received our PART C since I had the doctor complete PART D online. They confirmed receipt, but it was stuck in their secondary system, uploaded by the mail receiver but not linked to my claim. The same issue occurred with my mom’s claim. I informed the agent that a previous representative advised me to mention their other system. The new agent initially said she couldn't find the mail, but after I referenced the previous assistance I received, she checked again and successfully processed my mom’s claim. Thanks to direct deposit, my mom received her payment quickly. I’m puzzled as to why uploaded documents aren’t automatically linked to our claims. A prior agent mentioned that the barcode should connect to the claim using the SSN. It seems like there might be a breakdown somewhere in the process. Some agents were also quick to end the calls.
