I wouldn't even rate them as a 1 but you don't do zero. The order process & receipt of the jewellery was okay, just nothing as described, got items I didn't & would never have ordered, proper Mickey Mouse, lucky bag jewellery of the lowest order, plastic rubbish and some packaged in bags with Chinese writing on, most strange. When I tried to get a refund they ducked & dived, offered partial refunds & keep jewellery, send to China, etc. Anyway I got a full refund when I got my bank's fraud dept. involved, happy bunny. It was only once the ordeal stated that I looked at the picture of the woman in the ad & saw her features properly. Awful company scamming customers left, right & centre!
