I had three items to return. One was wrong, and the other two I didn’t want. It cost me £10.50 to return them. The parcel was stuck in customs for three months. I just got it back marked as unclaimed! I’ve sent many emails explaining this, but they won’t tell me why it was unclaimed and have only offered a 50% refund! Keep in mind one of the items they sent was the wrong one. I did keep some items I ordered, but the quality didn’t justify the price.
