Is this a Scam Company? I ordered earrings and necklace. Nothing has arrived and I have been informed that the item was tracked and delivered. When I contacted Customer Services they have advised that as the item is showing as having been delivered there is nothing they can do and to contact Royal Mail. The tracking number they provided does not exist and they are refusing to refund me. My advice is to avoid this company.
