Absolutely 💯 a scam!!! I ordered a beautiful ring for my daughter and ended up with something out of a cracker jack box. We will help you within 1-12 hours.Best regardsMichael of the support teamThere were no forms ANYWHERE for returns or cancellations to fill out and I'm supposed to pay more money for their mistake to be returned somehow. I paid $31.15 and to make things easier for me they'll refund me $6.23. I wish I could post pics on here. Because the difference between the 2 rings, the one I paid for and the one I received is disgusting.
