This company is about as crooked as you can get. They are the masters of baton switch. Their website says Claire is retiring but yet they give a 30-day money back guarantee and a 10-year warranty. Really? I found jewelry they were selling for $40.95 on T-Mobile website for $1.59. The exact same thing. Do not waste your money and do not buy anything from them they sell absolute junk. Their sister store is Karen bags and again another bait and switch thank God I bought on American Express so I can get my money back and report them for fraud. The company is based in China and if you want to send something back you have to pay postage to China and good luck with getting your money back. They are not a very beautiful company and the Federal Trade laws need to look into this company and determine why they are allowed to sell to americans.
