I saw Advertisement for Claire Handcrafted Jewelley on YouTube. I went on the site and chose 5 Jewellery items which were described as 925 Sterling Silver and paid with paypal.Order took 14 days to arrive. I had no idea items were being shipped from China.5 jewellery items arrived via courier.None of the 5 items were 925 Sterling Silver just cheap metal cheap costume jewellery.I reported this matter to paypal and opened a dispute between myself and sellerPaypal advised me to return jewellery item to seller which is in china. I returned all 5 item via Royal Mail with Tracking. Return parcel reached a certain destination in china since 08/0825 and Customs have the returns package up to date. I called Royal Mail who checked the tracking and was advised that the returns package is with Customs Border Force and when they have finished their investigation Customs will release package to the address on envelope.Now paypal are saying that they have closed my paypal dispute in favor of the seller because I did not give returns information, which I did the very same day I posted the return package and I have to pay.I had to get intouch with RESOLVER for help.
