SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. Appalling customer service. I paid £52.70 for 2 pairs of earrings which looked like something out of a Christmas cracker so I returned them, forced by Claire Support rules to pay the Post Office £18.95 for a full tracking service. Nearly 3 months later I have not received any refund even though I was offered 70% refund on 29th July and the rest once the earrings were received. CON MERCHANTS! I am out of pocket now £71.65.
