the commercial is cheating, the store is not in US and it's in China, the Jewelry is not hand-carfted, it's crapy toy and worthless, i bought two peices and took almost a month to deliver, i was pissed off by the quality and ask for return, they don't want me to return and offer me 10% credit in future shopping, i insisted to return as the crap is completely garbage, they told me they has spend postage and deliver the stuff, if i return, i need to pay for the shipping, and the process is complicated, bluhbluhbluh, all in all, they don't want you to return, they raised their offer by 5% for a few time till 40% refund, i was so frustrated and didn't want the hussle of return, then i accepted their offer, i knew even though i only spent 60% they still make money and that's their strategy! please don't fall in their trap!
