The team go above and beyond to make sure your plan is working for you and your lifestyle and their approach is very realistic. No foods are off the table, which makes the plan sustainable, but you are taught how to be mindful about nutrition and encouraged to meal plan, which was key for me. Claire’s training plans are clear and easy to follow, and I’ve seen fantastic results since working with her. She’s also very open about her own journey, which is incredibly motivating and helps clients strive towards their own potential. When I started with Claire, I had never run more than 3km.
