Unethical billing practices! I paid for a subscription and canceled it immediately, but then they charged me $38.85 multiple times. Thankfully, my bank eventually blocked the charges. Their app offers no way to unsubscribe from additional services, so you’re unaware of extra charges. When I logged into my account, it showed no active subscription. My refund request was denied, as the app failed to deliver on its promises and was not fit for its intended purpose. My advice: stay away, as it offers very limited functionality for the price. Edit: I already spoke with customer service, and while their terms might meet legal standards, it’s not ethical. I received a condescending email stating that my refund request was denied because it was made after the trial period ended, even though I was misled about the charges.
