Since they are a Dubai company, they are shielded from the normal compliance and enforcement guidance that we (USA) regularly use to keep Fraudulent activity off US soil. UPD. I shared my reference number and email on the trustpulot verification system. Attempting to undermine my review by saying you cannot find my information is a typical response from someone who wants to throw doubt on the review. On the contrary, I was actually very hopeful that this program worked in some capacity but realized quickly that it was nothing more than a scam.
