I too am having the same issue as another unhappy customer who reviewed on Jan 26, 2026. I too have been overcharged and my subscription not cancelled even though it says it is on my side!
I did sign up for the app and decided to cancel after the free trial. I’ve since been emailed and advised I was being charged for subscription. I’ve sent screenshots of my phone showing the subscription is cancelled and the date it was cancelled but I’ve been told that “refunds are typically available for the initial purchase within a specific period, but not for subsequent automatic renewals” well there is no automatic renewals because it was cancelled!
Yet they emailed and said I did not cancel when I had. Back and forth arguing that they will not refund the money and to make it worse they have over charged me, they have charged $49.76 instead of $22.99 should I have had a subscription! This has happened twice now that there have been unauthorised transactions from my account, this is financial theft! And I do not recommend! Absolutely terrible customer service . I’m waiting for a response to have the matter corrected
