The clothes received were of poor quality and did not match the pictures at all. When attempting to return the items, the options provided were a mere 10% refund or an exchange for other subpar products. I strongly advise against this seller. Despite the NYC reference, they appear to be a foreign business operating unethically in the US. They deserve scrutiny and should be held accountable.
