Clearly neglected and with basic road-safety issues that should never exist on a hire vehicle. Genuinely concerning.They appear to play games with deposits and then go completely silent. Communication is atrocious before, during, and after hire. No accountability, no answers, no care.Avoid at all costs. Do not risk your money or your safety here.
