I only give them a 1 because there is not a lower score -I am on hold with 27 callers ahead of me. They cannot place your orders for 10 days -deliver later -do not answer the phone -and quite frankly they do not care. I just had an appraiser accept a job and listed delivery date for a week after the closing date. Now I will sit on hold for an hour to have them tell me they cannot find anyone. So frustrating.
