I recently purchased a half cover for my sports car but decided I’d have been better off purchasing a full cover instead. I spoke to Andrew about it and despite the fact that over 14 days had elapsed since I purchased the half cover he was more than happy to do an exchange. I paid the difference and the full cover was dispatched immediately and before I had chance to return the other one. I can’t fault the customer service from Andrew and the team here and would recommend their company to anyone else in the market for a car protective cover. Let it also be said that the product itself - the ‘Ultimate Outdoor Cover’ is a well made quality product and fits my car just right.
