I used them this year. They notified me 3 months in advance that they could not find a videographer and would issue a refund for that part of the service. The refund never came and I was not able to book another videographer without the money.The DJ and photographer that did come were great! I was happy with their services. It was outdoors but it rained the entire time. They were very creative in getting fun shots in the rain. And we made the best of it.I would appreciate my almost $800 back but they have stopped responding to me. We went back and forth with the BBB and they said they cannot resolve the issue.
