We did the Classmonitor math classes for 4-6yr age, 30 sessions with Tanishka Amesar.
Starting with the shortcomings first;
We wish there was more of games / math fun incorporated for students who are from abroad and can’t purchase the physical math kit in India such as home items like dice / print out cards for pretend money / using Pom poms or any items for counting/ a printable math mat that is in the physical kit usually.
We also had frequent delays from the teachers end; 10-15 min late starts , for parents who have more structured routines for their kids this gets frustrating when it happens in more that 70% of the classes.
On a positive note;
My daughter has learnt a variety of topics from these classes and her focus has definitely increased.
Despite the shortcomings, all in all I can say my daughter did improve her math skills with an online teacher and doing classes from the comfort of home.
