I had unsubscribed back in May 2023 and they continued to automatically withdraw money from my bank. I spoke to someone in July when I noticed the payments on my statements. I was told they would reverse the charges and that my account was unsubscribed. Now in September I noticed my account still being charged! I went back into the account to unsubscribe again and called customer support. They mentioned that there should have been an email to confirm that I have unsubscribed. I never received one in May or yesterday. After the call, I went back into the account to unsubscribe again and I still never received an email confirmation. I sent an email with screenshots from when I unsubscribed in May. I just received a phone call and the lady said theres no date or time and I told her its how the screenshot is saved with its date and time. She said that I changed the subjectline date and time!!! Seriously? This is a flaw/fault of the company!!! Their website does not provide any date or time of unsubscribing and nor did they send any emails of confirmation! They have stolen 5 months of payments from my account and refuse to refund. I will have to dispute this with Amex. Terrible customer service. Avoid this company! Twinkl is a way better company and have better customer service.
