One star because there is no option for zero. They are dishonest. Took my payment, my items were lost, and they are refusing a refund! I have recordings of them admitting issues with the courier they continue to use! Edit: Yes, you did refund me after three days of dealing with unhelpful support, and I had to reach out through multiple channels. You only responded when I called you out on social media. I still refuse to support or endorse a business like this!
