For the past few years, my husband and I have been thinking of placing a second home in Virginia. In November when driving to our VRBO, we passed Clayton Homes on Carrollton Pike in Woodlawn. We decided that once settled in, we would visit Clayton Homes. During our first visit, Lisa Larkin listened to what we were looking to do and provided us with the opportunity to visit a model. Fast forward to our visit in February, and Zach Fisher and Lisa showed the highest level of professionalism taking the time to: evaluate the property we own; evaluate the best placement of what is needed to build our second home; assist with our desire to place our home on a different lot; provide guidance; and answer our questions. Lisa and Zach consistently demonstrate a high level of knowledge, provide continual support and maintain continual communication as we work through the process of being a second home. We feel highly confident with the craftsmanship and quality of the Clayton home we selected as it includes all that we wanted including the way the home is laid out.
