The app is possibly okay, it's blocking most of what I set it to block but two sites still get through. I have not been able to get any useful advice from support. SUPPORT IS ATROCIOUS.They don't properly read any emails. Emails will go back and forth for days and then I'm having to restate what the problem is because they don't seem to understand. It has taken anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to get a reply.One support email advised me to "open the terminal and run these tests". I replied and asked "what is the terminal?" They are apparently not aware that when talking to a new customer, they have to explain what these things are. Their reply didn't seem to notice that I'd asked a question and I still don't know what the terminal is.If the support was competent and I could get the app to block 100% then it would be five stars, obviously though, being less than 100% renders it useless.
