I would never recommend clean choice energy to anybody. They need to get with the times, not everybody still goes to their mailbox. If you are changing things, you should probably I don’t know call or send an email because not everybody gets mail anymore because everything is done electronically because they changed my rate I wasn’t informed about it and it’s skyrocketed my bill up to $780. I am one person and normally my electric bill is $150 but because they changed their rate it skyrocketed my bill causing me not to be able to pay $780 on top of my rent and everything else and my electricity got shot off. Don’t try getting in contact with them because you won’t hear anything whatsoever but I would never in 1 million years recommend clean choice energy to anybody.
