I haven't received my purchase after 2 months. I emailed for a refund and they denied my request saying its been sent out and send a tracking number where my product hasn't moved for over a month. I understand the delivery situation now is a little difficult because of Covid - but they managed to send me over 20 unsolicited emails about how I'm a lucky winner and other nonsense and not one about my tracking or to update me. Also they're failing to take responsibility or even try to fix the issue. A waste of time and money and now I have already left the address I requested it to be sent to.
