Arvie from customer service asked if I would like store credit in which I responded 'No' because I've already re-purchased a different ring from your company. This was two day ago and I still have not received a response from him or her. I also emailed him or her again this morning and called and left a voice message and it is now 6:45pm and have still not received a response.
