Absolutely awful experience. I cancelled Go Clean Service and was then given random slips of paper claiming I owed money with no contracts, no invoices and no proof.They insist they do not use email and that all communication must be via SMS or WhatsApp. Messages came from multiple different phone numbers, which is extremely concerning. When I asked a basic and reasonable question asking them to confirm when I supposedly signed up, the date and to provide evidence in writing via email, I was accused of just not wanting to pay instead of being given answers.Jade is the person chasing payment and was completely unprofessional and aggressive. Workers turned up when they felt like it, did work that was not agreed to, and did not ask permission, including attempting to climb onto the roof despite being told this was not wanted. When challenged they became pushy and continued to hassle me while still refusing to provide any evidence.No transparency, no proper records and no respect for customer consent. This business operates however it wants and then pressures people for money. Do not trust them and do not recommend under any circumstances.
