Had a carport to build for a customer and at time of ordering website said 2/4 day delivery so I waited till the Wednesday evening before commencing to order so it did not come early. Received an email stating delivery between Tuesday and Thursday,this was perfect as could get old one down and wooden frame built first. Come Thursday morning no email about delivery time so started a chat on their site. Was apologised to and told it would be Friday. Friday morning still no email so back into chat, was fobbed off the whole day about we are working on it/will let you know as soon as we find out, but nothing. Email about delivery came this morning ,myself and customer now both on holiday so back to chat we went. I asked if they could place round the corner under new carport so not seen, all fine they said will let the driver know. Friend who I asked to check has just informed me delivery is out on main drive next to the pavement!!!. Will be surprised if still there when I return from holiday. Shocking experience all round
