Beware!!!.

Beware!!!.. it is impossible to communicate promptly with these people. I found ordering the accessories a bit tricky as I am unfamiliar with the products. So I asked their chat operator to create a shopping list of exactly what accessories I needed for the three sheets in my shopping basket. However, when adding her order to my basket, I failed to notice that she had duplicated my sheets and added them to my accessories list. This part of my order was then duplicated and I was charged twice as much .. within minutes I contacted them multiple times, but automated chats just kept saying they would be in touch. They never did until after the delivery. You can’t call them, you can’t communicate with them promptly making them Impossible to deal with.. if your order is incorrect, or you’ve accidentally made a product order error, or even if they deliver the wrong products, you have no chance of recovery. I’m £260 out of pocket!!.. I’m furious!…. Finally they contacted me but merely rebuked my claim for a refund and offered me £50 and evaded from any responsibility their operator had in the error. Personally, I think that’s bad service. At no point did I ask her to add sheets to the accessories order and they could have spotted the duplicate. If I wanted 6 sheets, I would have ordered Quantity x 6. Had they answered their phones or texts promptly they would have not despatched the items. ?
