They are really helpful and keep you up to date but i placed an order wanting it asap in black. After taking my money i get a message the day after saying they cant do black and they can offer brown. I asked for a discount as i didnt really want brown and they refused so basically it was like have brown or yoy wont get yout order in time.
I reluntantly agreed bit because it took a day or 2 to sort its now 2-4 days from now not when i placed the order and the only reason i agreed to the brown was to get it in time so im not very happy. The price is fair but im really annoyed tbh
