Ordered a pallet of commercial mods. Freight was included, but one showed up damaged and one had been removed prior to shipment from the supply warehouse, likely also due to damage based on the cardboard.Company really stepped up and did the right thing by refunding for the 2 mods.You can order stuff anywhere these days but when things don't go as planned, it shows a quality place if they do the right thing
