Since December 2, 2025, I have been unable to access my account or my professional funds, with no clear communication or solutions offered. For over a month, the service has cited various technical and security issues without providing any evidence or resolution. I have reached out to all parties involved, but: • Each one denies responsibility or fails to respond. • Despite my repeated inquiries, there has been no refund or explanation from the payment provider, nor any assistance, even though they manage the bank account details. Additionally, the application and website of the primary service provider are no longer operational, which adds to my concerns. This lack of coordination, transparency, and accountability has placed my company in a precarious financial situation, hindering my ability to process payments for over a month. I am sharing this experience to highlight the importance for businesses to evaluate the risks associated with such service provider chains.
