!!BE CAREFULL WITH THIS PEOPLE!!Zing 🛑 stop the Insurance to my husband because our Dr didn’t send the information required on time, was a surprise for us knowing my Dr for so many years and how they work, but the SURPRISE for me was when I was looking the insurance card and the Dr wasn’t my husband Dr and looked my card and the same error occurred but did nothing because I thought is a error but now I just received a phone call from Zing saying that they 🛑 my insurance and asked why? The gave me the same reason “ because you Dr didn’t send our request in time” LIES LIES LIES, they didn’t have our Dr but instead of telling us they chose any Dr and of course ZING didn’t receive a response , that Dr don’t know who we are ,and that is there game, WHY? WE GOING TO FIGURE THAT OUT PRETTY SOON BECAUSE WE GOING TO CALL A ATTORNEY TO HELP US OUT!!
