Because my agent Noel that tell me about $170 kickback plan we went over all my medication’s including my buprenorphine oxine generic for Suboxone never ever mentioned I would have to meet a $600 deductible out of my pocket because it was not in the formularity , I never would have chosen that plan if he would’ve disclose that to me, he told me a prior authorization a doctor would have to fill out once a year, but that would cover my low co-pay for my Suboxone, which was totally not the case and I was really panicking and crying and getting hysterical so this agent Miss Charles really went out of her way to help me so kudos to her. She had a great personality and really was sympathetic to my needs. Thank you.
