Today, 26th Nov 2025, i had my annual personal income and expenditure review. This review was carried out by a very competent agent Nashim.Nashim immediately put me at ease with his lovely polite nature and his clear expertise on the subject.I took the review call with some trepidation as I needed to inform Clearstart that my disposable income (used to pay my fees and my credit arrangements) had significantly reduced but was unsure how this would impact on my current arrangements and if it was indeed possible to reduce my current repayment agreements with my creditors. It transpired that I had nothing to worry about. Nashim reassured me from the start that this was entirely possible and furthermore explained. Clearstart will always look to find an affordable plan based around what ever your disposable income is regardless of the amount available. Nashim also explained that you can review your payment plan anytime your circumstances change.The added bonus for me was while the new payment plan is set (typically 2 months) I don't have to pay my creditors until the new plan is in place. It is very handy as Xmas is only a month away, so the unexpected extra income at my own disposable is very useful for Xmas. :-)Nashim knew his job very very well and it was indeed a pleasure chatting to him.Understanding my situation perfectly was and very confident of tailoring a new repayment plan to snuggly fit my reduced available disposable income.Thank you Nashim, and thank you the Clearstart team. I can now look forward with confidence and have now put this troubling worry behind me. 😊👏
