When booking a flight that connects via Canada, the website only displays a vague message such as “visa may be required.”This is inadequate disclosure and constitutes misleading representation, because:Canada requires a transit visa even for passengers remaining inside the airport.This rule is strict and applies to a large number of Indian travelers.Cleartrip did not provide explicit, route-specific warnings or mandatory disclaimers.Due to this lack of proper information, my travel plans were disrupted. Cleartrip must update its booking system to show mandatory visa alerts, not generic warnings. Extremely disappointing and unsafe for travelers.
