I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent flight booking.
I booked a ticket (Trip ID: 26012283186) with connecting flights that have a clear timing mismatch, making it highly risky—if not impossible—to complete the journey. Despite raising a cancellation and refund request well in advance, I have not received any proper response or update from your team.
This lack of communication and support is extremely disappointing. Specifically:
No timely response
No clear communication
No accountability
It is very concerning that after receiving payment, customer concerns appear to be neglected. Holding customer funds without providing timely resolution is unacceptable.
This experience has been highly unprofessional and unethical, especially in the context of international travel, where timing and coordination are critical. The situation has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
I strongly urge your team to immediately process my refund or provide a clear and confirmed update on the status without further delay.
Based on this experience, I am unable to recommend Cleartrip to others. Other platforms provide significantly better customer support and reliability.
